The settings are so I can keep track of who is commenting so I can respond in a timely matter.

Addressing your issue with Karl and his views, I too don't think his views on plus size women would have changed much, although he has met and dressed Beth Ditto. Personally I like high fashion shoots which push the boundaries of style so seeing plus size women do the same as a straight sized model can only be a positive thing, and yes I have seen straight sized models in the same get up as miss Coco a go-go in high fashion shoots.Fashion Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05796442646636544992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8728735157965610424.post-75343533150192601102010-03-12T17:38:03.563+11:002010-03-12T17:38:03.563+11:00Why would we need approval??? As mentioned previously, give us elegance and class and then give us the publicity. A plus-sized dominatrix or a fat girl in bathers is still viewed for the "freak show" value, NOT, because she looks good. I am a 20-22 plus girl(mum). 'Coco a go-go', simply makes a mockery of plus sized women by representing her as a 'try-hard' drag queen. Having the image of Coco, Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel, who represents, comfort and casual elegance, stand next to this "clown", only reinforces the opinions of many in the fashion world. It tells us that this is something you can never be. Show me a beautiful, elegantly styled 18-20 sized model and then we will take you seriously. We don't all want to look like fashion freaks.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
