Summer Fun

I'm back in Australia after three months overseas, however I'm not quite home in Melbourne yet, I'm down in Tasmania for Christmas visiting my mum who moved down there. A lot of really awful things have happened in the lead up to this Christmas, but I won't bore you with them here, I'd prefer to keep this space light and happy. I am very excited to be on home soil and spending time with my mum who I don't get to see that often. We went on a little road trip from Hobart to Launceston the other day and one of the places we stopped off was the historic town of Ross which is noted for its historic bridge, original sandstone buildings and convict history. The bridge which is behind me was built in 1836, constructed by convict labour, and is the third oldest bridge still in use in Australia. It's a really pretty spot for a picnic which is what we did, feeding the local ducks the crusts off our sandwiches.

I wore my new favourite playsuit from City Chic. I love all the colours in the tropical print, I thought it looked amazing paired with my bright yellow sandals, banana earrings and tropical fruit print head scarf - I felt like very festive.

Pockets are always a plus in my book! Also you can see the friendly duck in the river behind me.

Very tropical! Wearing my Julie White Pavlova Scarf which I freaking LOVE!

I live for pink and I always love a good basket bag.

My saltwater sandals are still going strong even after wearing them nearly every day in Vietnam!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas or holiday season with your loved ones.
