Hey Guys,

I’m always looking for healthy snack ideas. Whether it’s at work, the gym or on the weekend while I’m out and about, I always find myself searching for a snack.

If I keep healthy options on hand at all times I won’t be as tempted to buy processed snacks while I’m out.

Here’s my favourite 10 simple snacks
 
Fresh fruit with peanut butter

 
Boiled eggs


Ham or leftover roast meat


Protein shake


Chobani yogurt


Rice cakes with avocado and vegemite


Veggie sticks with dip


A tin of tuna or baked beans


Dried fruit and nut mix


Protein bar
