Just Add Water // Asha's Tips on Keeping Hydrated this Summer


Hey Guys,

Staying hydrated is so important to keep your body running at its best and help you feel vibrant and energetic. Sometimes it can be a bit of a chore to get enough water in but with these delicious drinks, you’ll be wanting to drink water all day!



Cinnamon, Ginger, Lemongrass and Honey Tea
Place ingredients in a mug, fill with hot water, and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes


Strawberry and Mint Water
Place ingredients in a large glass and crush with the handle of a wooden spoon, fill with cold water and allow to infuse for 5 minutes


Cucumber and Mint Water
Add ingredients to a large glass or jug and fill with cold water and ice. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.


Watermelon and Lemon Water
Place ingredients in a glass and fill with cold water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.


Cucumber and Strawberry Water
Place ingredients in a glass and crush with the handle of a wooden spoon, fill with cold water and allow to infuse for 5 minutes


Cold Lemon Tea
Place 2 teabags, 1 sliced lemon and 1tbsp honey in a large jug. Fill with 5cm hot water and allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Top with cold water and ice to serve.
