I’m Asha Tracey, Western Australia’s Strongest Woman, and I’m here to chat to you about health and fitness.
I compete in a sport called Strongwoman where I walk with 300kg on my shoulders, squat 155kg and lift 100kg in each hand. Working full time, training 5 days a week and cooking healthy food keeps me really busy and I’m going to share my secrets for staying fit, healthy and happy! I’ll be sharing delicious guilt free recipes, reviewing the latest products and finding fun ways to stay motivated.
I think women are beautiful at all different sizes and I want every woman to feel proud and confident in their own skin. Let’s make 2014 the year of being confident, healthy and happy! Stay tuned for my first post about strong women lifting heavy weights.
