3 Ways With T.D.F Denim

My sister, Ebony, asked me where she could find a good pair of black jeans in a size 14 as she was having trouble finding a pair that fit her long legs and size 14 hips. You see she works long hours as a lawyer so doesn't have a lot of time to shop around and she was fed up with going into stores and being disappointed by their range, leaving empty handed as the jeans wouldn't go up beyond her knees or were too short. I immediately said she had to try out City Chic's T.D.F Denim so off to the store we went.

Ebony loved how the T.D.F Denim range was clearly labelled into body shapes with pear, apple, column and hourglass represented with jeans that are made to suit, and lengths - regular or short. It made the whole process all the easier as she just grabbed the pair in her shape (hourglass), her size (14) and her length (regular) and tried them on. You should have seen her face in the change room, to say she was ecstatic would be an understatement. Bellow are the three ways Eb has styled her jeans in the last week alone, she has been practically living in them!

1. Shopping
Last weekend Eb and I headed to the city for a spot of shopping. Ebony actually picked up the leopard print shirt at the City Chic sale for $30 a few days prior and she teamed it with her T.D.F jeans, Miu Miu bag, vintage floppy hat and gold jewellery.

Shirt City Chic Animal Attraction Shirt was $69.95 NOW $30.00 AUD
Jeans City Chic Hourglass Skinny Jean in Regular $99.95 AUD

I'm very jealous of my sister's Miu Miu bag.

The black hat was found at a vintage store in Tokyo.

Ebony is a fan of super high heels. These black ankle booties teamed with the skinny leg of the jean make her legs look longer and leaner than they are, a good fashion visual illusion.

2. Casual Sunday
Ebony was headed out to a casual brunch with her friends when I snapped this photo of her. By pairing her casual outfit of a jumper and jeans with on trend neon accessories she brought the look up a notch from slack to fashionably so.

Jumper City Chic Stud Love Jumper $89.95 AUD
Jeans City Chic Hourglass Skinny Jean in Regular $99.95 AUD

The fit on the jeans is perfect.

Ebony is obsessed with studs so she died over this City Chic jumper.

Grungey army boots finish the look, perfect for the Autumn weather we've been having.

3. Work
Ebony also wears her jeans to work. The denim isn't distressed in any way with no washes or pre fading which makes them work appropriate, depending on the office environment of course. Teamed with a crisp white work shirt, classic trench, skinny brown leather belt and matching bag they no longer look like casual jeans.

Similar Trench City Chic Trench Corset Back $179.95 AUD
Jeans City Chic Hourglass Skinny Jean in Regular $99.95 AUD

Sky high heels in neutral grey finish off the corporate look.

Ebony loves the fit on the jeans, the high waist flatters her figure perfectly and means there are no visible undies accidents from the behind.

She came home from work telling me all the girls in the office are jealous of her jeans and wish they came in their size, how often does that happen? Normally it's us size 14+ girls lusting over straight sized clothing!

Have you tried out City Chic's To Die For Denim?
