Mirror Mirror

Mirrored prints are HUGE this season. They have been on all in international catwalks as well as locally here in Australia with everyone from Josh Goot to Vera Wang  getting in on the action. City Chic released this amazing mirrored print peplum top a little while ago and I immediately knew I had to have it, the print was just so good. I haven't had a chance to blog it until now as I just moved interstate, back to Melbourne from Sydney which I'm pretty excited about. Its so nice to be home, close to friends and most importantly family once more. That being said it was rather frustrating to be without the internet for close to a month while waiting for our provider to connect the new house. Not to mention also coming down with a really bad flu at the same time. Being home bound, in a new suburb with a house full of boxes is no fun without the internet let me tell you. As you can see above I am finally well enough to venture out of the house and I could finally wear my new favourite top. I got compliments on the print the whole day. The dip dyed maxi skirt skirt is an old favourite from City Chic that I can never get enough of. I love how seamlessly my old City Chic pieces fit in with my new ones, that my City Chic pieces get worn for years and years is a testament to the quality and the design.

Finding an in perfect condition vintage Moschino bag for only $50 at a local vintage store was possibly the best thrifted find of my life.

A new DIY floral headband using my easy tutorial from this blog post. So easy but so cute don't you think?

My friend in Melbourne made me this statement making hand made resin necklace for me, I just love the colours.

My old biker boots matched with some frilly lace socks. The weather is getting cold and wet in Melbourne so I've been wearing these boots a lot recently.

I love mixing  new and old City Chic plus vintage, designer and DIY into the one outfit. My style is eclectic and unique, it may not be for everyone but I love experimenting and sharing my looks with you.
